One –2-One coaching is essential to get the best from your training and with our private gym environment results come fast .                                           
Initial 90 min  One-2-One Assessment session  £35 
During the initial 90min session we go through a full health assessment, check blood pressure and  peak lung flow, find out your fitness history and most importantly your goals.  To familiarise each client with the gym we then run them through a light workout this also allows us to assess each individuals fitness level! 
One-2-One Coaching  -   £30 ( discounts on block bookings)   
Ask any professional athlete, coaching on a one to one basis brings great results. We get you motivated and excited about your training and goal setting.    For anyone who wants to get the most from their training sessions, this is it. 
Coaching for 2  -  £15 each
 Find a friend, family member, and share the coaching sessions.  Great fun, high levels of attention and great way of spending time with a training partner ! If you need a partner let us know 
Group Coaching  -  £40 ( Max of 5 people) 
A great way to share the cost….Small group coaching is perfect for motivation. You are welcome to find your own group to train with or give us a call, we have sessions you can join! 
Spinning  -  £5 
Indoor Spinning class held at Lifestyle Fitness Centre, Bexhill.  Great fun and guaranteed to boost your fitness levels.  Mon  6:30-8pm, Thurs 6:30pm-7:45pm.  Great training for beginners to competitive cyclists.  Ten bikes available each class, cyclists welcome to bring own bike and turbo trainer.  
 Stretching & Abdominal Core   - 
Top athletes say its must and you will benefit from increased flexibility, better posture and greater core stability so a must for everybody. 1hr devoted to stretching all muscle groups and improving abdominal strength.  
Monthly Training Plans  £35 
I am limiting the numbers here , which means max 3-5. All your sessions will be planned, structured and monitored on a monthly basis. If you are serious about getting the most from training this will ensure you achieve your goals. Contact by phone or email to keep you focused and on the right track.

My life has been, and is still driven by sport. I have had the pleasure to work within the fitness industry for the last ten years. I qualified in 1998 with a National Diploma in Fitness, Sports Therapy, Sports nutrition and Massage. This assisted me whilst I gained experience in Australia by working in grass routes gyms.  2001 brought me back from Aussie and to Bexhill, soon after returning I formed the Bexhill Runners and for the last 6 years have coached and been actively involved with developing the club. Along side the running club I opened Lifestyle Gym which became a successful local club for sports minded individuals and brought personal training to Bexhill. 

 My personal sporting history began from a very young age and covers many sports, starting from club level swimming.  Tennis then became my focus playing at club and county level. At the age of 15 I was selected for county and district football whilst at Reading Football school of excellence. For the next few years gym based events took priority and I competed nationally in XC training championships ending with the televised Fort Bouyard team event. Indoor rowing was the next big challenge which cumulated with a Silver Medal in the LWT open event at the British Rowing championship 2004. My focus then turned back to the outdoor competitions and over the last few years I managed to gain 1st in the age group National Rowathlon Series, four top three finishes in Triathlon, brought my 10k time down to 33min and ran my first marathon in 2hr 56. 

 
I am now on a further journey to offer back the experience I have gained, Team Lifestyle is my personal training business, I am passionate,        committed and believe in the one -2-one coaching principal. All of us have the ability to achieve great things in life.…sometimes we just need encouragement and motivation !
